The poster boards will be located at level 7 of the Auditorium Center at the General Hospital.
We would like to remind you to pay attention to the following points: Poster size is portrait (maximum 130 cm height x 90 cm wide) Poster presenters are asked to participate at their assigned poster workshop and look for their chairpersons on time Poster presenters are asked for a 3 (!) minute take-home message given at the poster workshop Poster presenters are asked to mount their posters in the morning of their allocated poster session and are further asked to remove the poster on the same evening. The best posters will be awarded a poster prize by a scientific jury
Oral presentations will take place at Lecture Hall 3 of the Auditorium Center at the General Hospital.
We would like to call attention to the following points: Oral presentations are scheduled for 8 minutes followed by a short discussion. PowerPoint presentations are obligatory (Office 2003 compatible!) All speakers are asked to provide their PowerPoint presentations on a CD or a USB Stick to the helpdesk in the morning of their allocated oral session, at least one hour prior to the presentation.
