Markus Hölzl studied Anthropology and Genetics/ Microbiology at the University of Vienna.
He received his degrees in 2006. He currently works on his PhD thesis at the the Institute of Immunology in the lab of Prof. Gerhard Zlabinger, where he focusses on receptors for the Tamm - Horsfall Glycoprotein on dendritic cells.
