Hermann Agis received his PhD in 2011 at the Medical University of Vienna (MedUniVienna). He has a master degree in biotechnology which he received at University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU), Vienna. He currently is a research associate at the Research Group of Reinhard Gruber, Department of Oral Surgery, Medical University of Vienna (Gruber Laboratory). Hermann Agis’ research focuses on the cell biological mechanisms involved in oral tissue regeneration (SCOPUS). Hermann Agis is in the Young Scientist Association of the Medical University of Vienna (YSA) board since 2010. 2011 he was elected for president of the YSA.
